2007 Softball Game - This Has Blin-ternational Blin-cident Written All Over It

In a game they had to win to advance to the playoffs, TargetRx took on the Advanta Blue Sox in life-or-death action on Monday. Faced with missing the playoffs following last weeks shellacking, things didn’t look good for TRx going into the game, following their 16-5 loss the previous week. They were clearly on the ropes going into the game, as “real” captain GLG decided to play in the outfield instead of playing shortstop, as Golden took over this vital position. TRx was missing Ol Demps, who was so angry about having to split time with Blin at EH last week, he decided to skip both the game and happy hour, something the Old Ol Demps never would have done (specifically the happy hour part).

2007 Softball Game

On Tuesday night, TargetRx took on XXXX in a battle for their playoff lives. After squandering their chance in the heart-breaking 18-17 loss, TRx came out with passion and fire not seen since Elf first learned what the age of consent was in PA (needless to say, he is in favor of lowering it, not that that would help him at all…). Playing back at home, where their record is 3-1, TRx had high hopes (and Ana and Sam weren’t even there), with KB on the mound, and in the minds and hearts of those throughout the world.

2007 Volleyball- Revenge Is A Dish Best Served By Anyone But Berardi

Last Thursday, TRx took on team Delta (formerly the Deltoids) in volleyball action. As some may recall, this is the team with the woman who fought Berardi before their previous game. B-rad was clearly looking for revenge, and was fired up for this game all week. In fact, he couldn’t even fall asleep the night before, so instead he found out the address of his nemesis, and kept ringing her doorbell and running (or prancing, like an Elf) behind a tree. That crafty Elf will do whatever it takes to win.

2007 Softball Game - Give Us Liberty Or Give Us Death? We'll Take Both

Last Wednesday (May 23), TargetRx took on a strong Liberty in rousing softball action. TRx knew this would be a tough game, as only Shannon showed up, being the lone female representative. Apparently, all of the Elf’s creepy antics are finally starting to drive away the rest of the women, meaning the guys better start watching out, as when desperate the Elf will take anything he can get. We even saw him get into it before the game even started, as he slyly leaned on the opposing teams fence, and whispered to the female scorekeeper, “So, do you come here often, and if not, do you want to?” before being chased off by her teammates.

2007 Softball Preview

With softball season upon us, excitement is in the air. In fact, the buzz on the street has it that this may be the most exciting softball season for TargetRx ever! When asked to comment, former employee Manuel Noriega proclaimed "I haven't been this exciting since I left TargetRx!" Orr-piece was heard proclaiming "I wish I never left the company. This is the best thing to happen to the company since the launch of Brand Navigator." Greg could only compare the start of softball season to the joy he felt in his heart when the Pharma-Exec article came out in March. Numbskull manager Mike Berardi even managed to secure an interview with Liberty Softball Weekly, although when asked by the sprightly young female reporter how playing with this team compared to playing with his wife and kids, Berardi slyly removed his wedding ring, got a creepy smile on his face, and said "What wife and kids?" as he winked at the young lass.

2007 Softball Game 1 - Why Couldn't Berardi Say Next Time It Counts?

And just like that… the dream was dead, as yesterday in Opening Day action, the TargetRx softball time lost its first game of the season, 18-10, falling to GMAC Bleacher Bums. However, said dream was likely not held by anyone at TargetRx, as with Berardi as coach, we knew he would cost us at least 3 games just with his horrid fielding ability, stupefying running mistakes on the base paths, and disgusting display at the plate.
